We have been working with Lakepointe homes for 6 years. What started out as a one time build has grown into 2 other projects and another one in the beginning stages. Our experience with them has been nothing but positive. From the product and workmanship to the relationship and communication has been top notch. Kate and Owen go above and beyond to assure you have the best overall product there is. They also meet deadlines and are extremely well organized. We have done many projects including new builds, renovations and addictions. Working with Kate and Owen has, by far, been the best experience we have had to date. We wouldn’t use anyone else.
