Julia grew up in White Rock, BC and moved to the Okanagan in 2004. With a background in management and customer service, she is a true professional with an unwavering commitment to her clients. 

Having over 10 years of experience as a realtor, combined with her work ethic, Julia is the team’s expert in anything real estate related. Whether you are looking for a property to build on or purchasing your dream home, using her sense of business and expertise in negotiating, Julia will make it happen. 

In Julia’s free time she is living out her love for the outdoors – hiking or biking one of the many trails in the Okanagan or snowboarding at Big White.

Owen, born and raised in Kelowna, BC, brings over 15 years of construction experience to the team. As a Certified Red Seal Carpenter since 2010, he is an expert framer, finisher, project manager and estimator. 

Owen has worked on a variety of projects, including townhomes, carriage houses and multiple high-end custom homes. With his ability to build quality relationships with both clients and trades people, he takes a hands-on approach to projects – from being part of the planning, all the way to completion, including interior finishing. 

When Owen isn’t working, you can find him downhill mountain biking or backcountry skiing.

Kate grew up in Vancouver, BC and move to the Okanagan to pursue her passion in home design. Bringing over 30 years of customer service experience, she works directly with clients to help bring their vision to life. 
After Kate built her dream home in White Rock, she quickly realized she was drawn to design. When she moved to Kelowna, she went into real estate in 2011 and worked with various developers on large scale projects and personal projects. Working on the development side, Kate worked with architects directly and became a lead point for selecting all the finishing on projects – both the interior and exterior. Her keen eye for design earned her features in North American magazines such as Style at Home and Women’s Day

In 2014 Kate took her years of experience, passion for creating beautiful spaces and combined it with her knowledge of real estate and started her own business. From there she built out a team and created Lakepointe Homes.
